Authentic Chinese TCG Products
PokeAri focuses on authentic trading card products sourced for collectors who want Chinese-language releases and regional sealed products. Product pages should show the product title, language version, product type, set code when available, photos, contents, and relevant notes.
For Pokemon products, always check the language version before buying. Simplified Chinese Pokemon cards and Traditional Chinese Pokemon cards are different language versions. Japanese, English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese products should not be treated as the same item.
Shipping From Mainland China
PokeAri ships orders from Mainland China to international customers. Most international orders use air shipping so collectors can receive their items as quickly as possible. Processing time and delivery speed can vary by product type, order size, destination, carrier route, and customs handling.

DDP Shipping for US and EU Orders
For eligible United States and European Union orders, PokeAri uses DDP shipping lines when shown on the relevant checkout, shipping, or product information. DDP means Delivered Duty Paid. Customs clearance, import duties, and taxes are prepaid for eligible DDP shipments, so buyers should not receive surprise customs charges at delivery.
If you are outside the United States or European Union, check the shipping page or contact PokeAri before placing a high-value order.
Factory-Sealed Products and Packaging
Many PokeAri products are factory-sealed items for sealed collectors, display collectors, and buyers who prefer original regional packaging. Factory-sealed products may still show minor shelf wear, corner wear, light compression, or outer packaging marks from storage or international transit.
If box condition is very important to you, contact PokeAri before ordering. For high-value items, pre-orders, or condition-sensitive orders, it is better to ask before checkout.
Pre-Orders and Processing Time
Some products may be listed as pre-orders. A pre-order product is not handled the same way as an in-stock product. Release timing, supplier timing, and shipping preparation may affect when the order can be shipped.
Most in-stock orders are processed and handed to the shipping carrier within the processing window shown on the shipping page. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and unusual logistics delays.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Customs handling depends on the destination country, shipping route, and shipment type. For eligible US and EU DDP shipments, import duties and taxes are prepaid when the DDP service applies. For other destinations, buyers should review the shipping page and local import rules before ordering.
PokeAri does not recommend assuming that every country has the same customs process.
Returns, Cancellations, and Damaged Packages
If you need to cancel an order, contact PokeAri as soon as possible. Some orders may not be cancellable after processing, packing, supplier commitment, or carrier handoff.
If a package arrives damaged, keep the outer shipping box, packaging material, product packaging, and clear photos of the damage. Contact PokeAri with your order information and photos so the issue can be reviewed.

Are booster boxes and collection boxes factory sealed?

Will customs open sealed products?

For eligible US and EU orders using PokeAri's DDP shipping service, customs clearance, import duties, and taxes are prepaid. Check the shipping page and checkout details for the shipping service used on your order.
Where does PokeAri ship from?

How long does order processing take?
Most in-stock orders are processed within the normal processing window shown on the shipping page. Pre-orders, high-value orders, supplier timing, holidays, and logistics delays can affect timing.
Can I request box-condition photos before ordering?
For high-value or condition-sensitive items, please contact PokeAri before placing the order. We can review the item and provide additional condition information when possible.
Please note that sealed product packaging may show minor shelf wear, small dents, corner wear, light compression, or cosmetic marks from storage and international shipping. Minor outer-box imperfections are not considered major damage.
What should I do if my package arrives seriously damaged?
If your package or product arrives with serious damage, keep the shipping box, inner packaging, product packaging, and all packing materials.
For a fair review, we strongly recommend recording a continuous unboxing video from the moment you start opening the shipping package. The video should show the unopened parcel, shipping label, outer box, inner packaging, and product condition. This helps both sides avoid disputes about when or how the damage occurred.
Minor dents, light corner wear, small scratches, or normal outer packaging wear are not treated as serious damage.
Can pre-orders be cancelled?
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed. When a pre-order is submitted, PokeAri may reserve stock, commit to supplier allocation, or prepare the order based on that reservation.
Please only place a pre-order if you are sure you want the item and understand the estimated release or shipping timeline.
