PROCESSING TIME
Unless otherwise specified, orders will typically be processed within 3-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding local public holidays). Orders are typically processed out of China.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
*Light Shipping
This shipping method is for light packages up to 3kg in weight, all booster boxes and a small few of our collection boxes will fall under this weight category. It will be tracked shipping via China Post (14-28 business days, Shipping costs are determined on destination and weight/dimensions of package).
2) Standard, This shipping method is for collection box packages from 3.1kg to 5kg in weight, most collection boxes or multiple booster boxes will fall under this weight category. It will be tracked shipping via China Post (14-28 business days, Shipping costs are determined on destination and weight/dimensions)
Heavy Shipping
This shipping method is for heavy packages from 5.1kg to 7kg in weight and above, larger collection boxes paired with a booster box, or multiple products will come into this weight category. So if you are ordering a few various booster boxes and collection boxes, it will be require Heavy Goods shipping. It will be tracked shipping via China Post (14-28 business days, Shipping costs are determined on destination and weight/dimensions of package
Extra Heavy Shipping
This shipping method is for special circumstances where products go over 7kg. This would most likely happen when ordering multiple collection boxes, or a range of different ones. It is highly recommended that if you can wait and don't need the product immediately that you opt for our Slow Shipping option as products over 7kg is very expensive to ship from our end, and will cost you a lot in shipping fees. It will be tracked shipping via China Post (14-28 business days, Shipping costs are determined on destination and weight/dimensions of package).
Shipping times are best estimates, and may potentially be delayed due to cargo capacity limitations beyond our control. Please note that the buyer is solely responsible for paying any potential import duties & taxes
PLEASE READ FOR CHEAPER SHIPPING COSTS
If you are happy with slightly longer shipping times, we can offer a most cost effective shipping method on these items which is land and sea freight shipping. This is especially good for heavier items but does take significantly longer. We estimate orders would take between 4-12 weeks to be delivered with this method. LOCAL ORDERS
We offer standard, tracked shipping via China Post (2-3 business days). Shipping costs will be charged based on package weight
RETURNS
We do not accept returns due to the weight and costs of these items, as well as the nature of them. All products will arrive in a sealed state, and can not be opened and returned
