Shipping From
PokeAri ships orders from Mainland China to international customers.
We mainly use air shipping for international orders so customers can receive their items as quickly as possible.
Import Duties & Taxes
For US & EU Customers (100% Hassle-Free Delivery): We use specialized DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) air shipping lines for all orders shipped to the United States and the European Union.
All-Inclusive Pricing: All customs clearance, import duties, and taxes (including EU VAT) are 100% prepaid and fully included. >
Zero Hidden Fees: We guarantee Strictly Zero Hidden Customs Fees at Delivery. Whether you are buying a single premium box or multiple factory-sealed cases, you only pay the final total shown at checkout. Your package will be delivered straight to your door with zero customs hassle.
Rest of the World: For most supported international destinations, Pokeari uses DDP or tax-included air shipping lines whenever available. Import-related handling and customs clearance fees are included in our standard air shipping service where applicable. If your country or region appears at checkout, shipping can usually be arranged with import-related handling included. In most cases, customers will not be asked to pay additional fees upon arrival.
Bulk Orders (Over 22KG): For very large orders exceeding the 22KG weight limit, we will automatically split your order into multiple packages for safe transit and customs compliance. Your checkout shipping fee remains unchanged, and each individual package is still 100% tax and duty-free.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and handed over to the shipping carrier within 3 business days after the order is placed.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Please note that processing time and delivery time are separate. Processing time refers to the time we need to prepare your order and hand it over to the shipping carrier.
Estimated Delivery Time
After the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, most international orders are expected to arrive within 8–10 business days.
Delivery time is counted in business days, not calendar days.
Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, local delivery service, weather, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and order details.
Please review the shipping cost shown at checkout before completing your order.
Worldwide Shipping
PokeAri ships to many international destinations. If your country or region is available at checkout, we can arrange shipment for your order.
If you are unsure whether we can ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that customers may sometimes need to cancel an order.
If you would like to request a cancellation, please contact us by email within 2 days of placing your order.
Because we begin preparing orders quickly to help customers receive their items sooner, approved cancellation requests are subject to a 10% cancellation and handling fee based on the total order amount.
This fee helps cover payment processing costs, reserved inventory, order preparation, and administrative handling.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be cancelled.
Delayed or Lost Packages
Once a package has been shipped and tracking has been provided, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.
If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information first. If there is no update for an unusual amount of time, contact us and we will help review the tracking status where possible.
PokeAri is not responsible for delays caused by customs, local carriers, incorrect shipping addresses, failed delivery attempts, holidays, or events outside of our control.
