Shipping From
PokeAri ships orders from Mainland China to international customers.
We mainly use air shipping for international orders so customers can receive their items as quickly as possible.
Import Duties & Taxes
For most orders shipped through our standard air shipping service, import-related handling and customs clearance fees are included in the shipping service we use whenever applicable.
Customers are only required to pay the order total shown at checkout, including product price, shipping cost, and any sales tax displayed at checkout.
In most cases, customers should not be asked to pay additional import duties or customs fees when the package arrives in their country.
If your local customs office or delivery carrier contacts you about an unexpected import charge, please contact us before making any payment so we can help review the situation.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and handed over to the shipping carrier within 3 business days after the order is placed.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Please note that processing time and delivery time are separate. Processing time refers to the time we need to prepare your order and hand it over to the shipping carrier.
Estimated Delivery Time
After the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, most international orders are expected to arrive within 8–10 business days.
Delivery time is counted in business days, not calendar days.
Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, local delivery service, weather, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and order details.
Please review the shipping cost shown at checkout before completing your order.
Worldwide Shipping
PokeAri ships to many international destinations. If your country or region is available at checkout, we can arrange shipment for your order.
If you are unsure whether we can ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that customers may sometimes need to cancel an order.
If you would like to request a cancellation, please contact us by email within 2 days of placing your order.
Because we begin preparing orders quickly to help customers receive their items sooner, approved cancellation requests are subject to a 30% cancellation and handling fee based on the total order amount.
This fee helps cover payment processing costs, reserved inventory, order preparation, and administrative handling.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be cancelled.
Delayed or Lost Packages
Once a package has been shipped and tracking has been provided, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.
If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information first. If there is no update for an unusual amount of time, contact us and we will help review the tracking status where possible.
PokeAri is not responsible for delays caused by customs, local carriers, incorrect shipping addresses, failed delivery attempts, holidays, or events outside of our control.
